Not keeping up on my blog
Written by jzh898 on March 6, 2009 – 2:01 pm -Holy crap am I lazy! It has been quite a while since I last posted. I could make up some excuse but that will not accomplish anything.
I have been sticking with the 52DC and posting daily. My push-ups are coming along, I am on pace to destroy my goal. I would set it higher but I want to be able to focus on my other goals and get them marked off. I have been having great results with my bench press, I am up to 235lbs, started at 185lbs. I used to bench like 215 when I was working out years ago. I figure the increase is do to my hard work the past couple of months. I gave squatts a try and my knee just doesn’t like them so I will start doing body weight squats.
So far I am satisfied with my progress and will continue to keep at it. The end results is all the motivation I need.

Lazy? I don’t think so…just focusing on your other postings and your workouts..nothing wrong with that!!! I am in the same boat! Great job on your bench press…hard work definately pays off…as for the end result…ABSOLUTELY…all the motivation needed! Keep going and have fun!

Started the NROL this morning - Squats are the first things up at bat - my down fall. I will make them mine.
I warmed up with Prisoner Squats - body weight. Then the bar only. Then started adding weight.
Take it slow and build - just another exercise.

TNT Man I will start slow with just body weight squats and then slowly add weight. Time will get me to my goal.
